Soak black and brown tamer Hindi in 12 cups of water for 10 hours. Stir and crush with your hands.

Now, strain with a cheesecloth

Add sugar and bring to boil, skimming foam as it appears on the surface.

Add the lemon juice and let simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes until syrupy. Add rosewater as well.

Pour into clean bottles/jug. Wait until cold to seal the bottles

To serve, add ice cubes.
