Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
    2. Grease pyrex or tray with butter/ghee.
    3. In a pot add all your ingredients and allow to warm up slowly. Cook on medium heat. Keep stirring to prevent lumps. The mixture should be smooth.
    4. Once mixture has thickened (not too thick) pour into your pyrex or tray.. Sprinkle with poppy seeds Pistachio and almonds are optional Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour till set.
    5. Allow to cool and cut squares or diamonds.
